At Mrs. George Art and Design, LLC, each piece of art and giclée print is created and packaged with great care. Because of the nature of original artwork and custom fine art prints, all sales are final.
No Refunds
We do not offer refunds on any purchases, including but not limited to:
Original artwork (paintings, drawings, mixed media).
Giclée prints (any size or format).
Once an order is placed and payment is processed, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
No Returns or Exchanges
All artwork and prints are sold as-is. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason, including change of mind, personal taste, or size/format preference.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
We carefully inspect and package all items before shipping. If your order arrives damaged in transit or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery at mrsgeorgeart@yahoo.com. We may request photos of the damage/issue to assist with filing a claim with the shipping carrier and arranging a resolution.
Customer Responsibility
Please ensure you review product descriptions (including dimensions, medium, and edition details) carefully before making a purchase. For giclée prints, double-check size and format selections before finalizing your order.
